Locating a Healthcare Provider
When you need a healthcare provider, look first
to SCF's Preferred
Connection Network.These
providers are experienced in dealing with workplace
injuries and provide excellent care, and are contracted with SCF. You can
search for healthcare providers and physicians by
name, specialty and location. Or call 602.631.2230.
Under Arizona law, employers may direct their
injured workers in writing to a physician or clinic
of the employer’s choice on a one-time basis. This
is usually done at the time of the first office
visit.
